I’m Isaiah Garcia, the owner of First Call Home Solutions LLC.
I’m a Port St. Lucie resident, husband, father, and mobile operating engineer with about 10 years of HVAC and maintenance experience. I established First Call in 2026 to help neighbors keep up with the small projects, exterior cleanup, and seasonal tasks that pile up around a home.
Today, First Call focuses on the home maintenance and cleaning services listed on this site. My work experience does not imply a contractor’s license or authorization to provide a regulated trade service. Each job is reviewed before acceptance.
My aim is straightforward: understand what you need, explain the scope and estimate, and communicate clearly throughout the work.
