Terms of Service

Who we are

First Call Home Solutions LLC is a service-area business providing accepted cleaning, minor maintenance, and seasonal services in Port St. Lucie and surrounding St. Lucie County communities. We do not operate a walk-in retail store.

Quotes and service scope

A quote request does not create an appointment, authorize work, or create a payment obligation. We confirm project scope, availability, price, and any applicable tax or additional charges before you approve a job. Only tasks stated in the approved estimate are included. Changes require your approval.

Availability and access

Evening and weekend appointments are offered by confirmation. A preferred date is not a reservation. Please arrange safe access and disclose restrictions and known hazards. Weather, unsafe access, or materials availability may require rescheduling.

Service limits

Only accepted maintenance and cleaning tasks within applicable requirements are offered. HVAC work, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, roofing, structural work, and other regulated contracting are unavailable for booking here. Subcontracting does not by itself remove licensing requirements. Seasonal lights are temporary plug-in decorations using suitable existing outlets; no permanent electrical installation is included.

Pricing and payment

All estimates and invoices are in US dollars (USD). Any minimum visit charge, materials, disposal, taxes, deposit, payment method, and balance due date are disclosed in the approved estimate or invoice. The quote form collects no payment. No membership or recurring charge is activated by an inquiry. Cleaning and repair labor is quoted separately unless expressly included in a written agreement.

Property Care Plan

The Property Care Plan is in development. Pricing, included services, discounts, and terms are not finalized. The current page is not an enrollment or billing offer.

Concerns and cancellations

Read the cancellation and refund policy. Contact us with the service date, invoice number, and a description of your concern so we can review it.
