Information you share

First Call Home Solutions LLC receives information you choose to submit, including name, phone number, email, service address, requested service, work description, preferred date, and optional project photos. Do not send payment-card details, access codes, IDs, or other sensitive information through the form.

How we use it

We use your details to assess the project, prepare estimates, contact you about the request, schedule accepted work, provide customer support, and maintain business records. Contact permission applies to your request; it is not marketing consent. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and access

Website quote requests are stored in the Site’s hosted database. Optional photos are stored privately with the request. The Site owner accesses them through a sign-in-protected inbox. The form accepts up to three JPG, PNG, or WebP photos, each up to 4 MB. Photo files may contain location or camera metadata; remove that metadata before uploading if you do not want to share it.

Service providers

Hosting, storage, communications, and payment providers process information needed to deliver their services. We share job details with another service professional only when needed for an agreed job and consistent with the accepted scope. Project photos identifying you or your property are not used for marketing without your permission.

Payments and technical information

This website’s quote form does not collect payment-card details. Any invoice or payment link is provided separately after scope and pricing are confirmed. Hosting infrastructure may process connection information for site delivery and security. The form uses a daily hash of connection information to limit abusive requests. The site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Locally stored preferences are not used as the business record of a quote.

Retention and requests

We keep information as needed for service delivery, customer support, business records, and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Some transaction or job records may need to be retained. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system guarantees absolute security.
